南韓檢方特別調查本部2日將傳喚前青瓦台負責政策協調的首席祕書安鐘范到案，調查其是否涉入逼迫大企業資助Mir財團和K體育財團。被收押的「閨密干政門」主角崔順實則否認自己是所謂「幕後實權人物」，還宣稱她不認識安鐘范。
韓聯社報導，Mir財團和K體育財團被指是由大企業出資成立，而青瓦台（總統府）介入此過程，並強迫企業出資。安鐘范被視為青瓦台最有權勢的首席祕書，檢方認為有必要調查安鐘范。10月29日，檢方已搜查安鐘范的住宅和青瓦台辦公室，掌握各種資料和證據，正展開分析。
崔順實 否認幕後掌權
據檢方調查，南韓樂天集團透過旗下公司向上述兩財團出資，SK集團則拒絕向K體育財團出資，財團內部人士舉證，要求出資的名目是「為體育人才海外賽地訓練提供預算補貼」，實際上由崔順實在德國的「Widce體育」負責運營。K體育財團前鄭姓祕書長告訴媒體，曾受安鐘范和崔順實指示，向SK集團要求出資80億韓元（約台幣2.39億元）。
韓聯社還報導，10月31日深夜遭檢方緊急拘押的崔順實，說她不認識安鐘范。崔順實的拘留期限到2日下午，調查人員透露，她基本上否認所有指控，待查的事項很多，檢方正計畫申請逮捕令。對於外傳崔順實享受免檢通行待遇進出總統府，青瓦台表示將配合檢方調查。
朴支持率 跌至9.2％
「閨密干政門」持續發酵，朴槿惠支持率直線下滑。據網路媒體《來日新聞》與民調機構The Opinion公布最新民調，朴槿惠支持率從10月的34.2％跌至9.2％，這是她擔任總統以來，支持率首次跌破10％。
1日上午，1名男子開著挖土機衝撞位在首爾的大檢察廳大樓，造成保全人員受傷，隨後遭到逮捕。這名45歲男子告訴警方，他要把崔順實「送上黃泉路」，因為她前一天說自己「犯下了死罪」。不過，崔順實是在對街地點接受偵訊。
